Terms of Use
Last updated October 25, 2026
By using Lease Radar (myleaseradar.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Lease Radar is
Lease Radar collects rental listings from property managers' public web pages and shows them in one place with a map, filters and email alerts. We don't own, rent, manage or inspect any property, and we aren't a party to any lease or application. You apply and sign directly with the landlord.
Listings can be wrong or out of date
Rent, availability, photos and other details come from each landlord's site and can change or be wrong at any time. Some landlords only publish part of their listings online. Walk times are straight-line estimates, not routes. Always confirm everything with the landlord, and see the place, before you pay anything or sign.
Using the site
- Use it for your own housing search.
- Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, and don't use it to send spam or sign up other people for alerts.
Email alerts
Alerts start only after you confirm your email, and you can unsubscribe from any alert email. We may stop or change alerts at any time.
Other websites
Listings link to landlords' own websites. We aren't responsible for those sites or for anything you agree to there.
No affiliation
Lease Radar is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Indiana University, or by the property managers whose listings appear here.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Lease Radar isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its listings.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
